Summer is almost here and it’s time to start preparing for the fall season. Velocity Sports Performance trains players to improve their core athletic skills – speed, power and agility. Any athlete would have a better season if they were faster and more explosive and by training at Velocity Sports Performance, they could be!

There are two great options for Warrior players.

Football Speed and Agility Training Program (6 week program – $199)

Velocity has developed a speed and agility training program specifically designed to prepare SCV youth football players for the upcoming season.

Performance Membership – $100 Discount for Warrior Players

The most popular way for players to train at Velocity Sports Performance is under a Performance Membership. Players train in small groups with a Performance Coach. There are multiple classes each day and the membership provides for unlimited training. Every athlete that trains at Velocity must undergo a thorough athletic evaluation before starting a training program. Velocity’s Testing, Assessment and Program Planning (TAPP) provides a full picture of an athletes strengths and areas of need so that Velocity’s Coaches can develop an individual training program to most effectively meet their goals. Normally there is a one-time fee of $199 for TAPP, but all Warrior players will receive a $100 discount on that fee.

In addition to these two programs for the Warrior players Velocity will be conducting a Coaches Clinic for all Warrior Coaches where they will learn about Velocity’s Dynamic Warm-up designed specifically for the youth athlete. Velocity will also be at the PYFL 7 on 7 Tournament June 14^th at Valencia High School to run the Combine where the top three athletes in each division and the overall top finisher will get trophies.
